Usually if something’s too much fun, or makes you feel too good … it ends up not being so good for you. Well if you can imagine an activity that’s way fun, stimulating, and even downright pleasurable, while being incredibly good for you at the same time … this workshop’s for you.

If you’re new to hooping, the learning curve is gentle. If it’s been awhile (even like since you were a kid) it’s easy to get your groove back (you’ll be amazed). This is just a wonderful, playful way of doing so many good things for yourself and your body.
