Lon Henderson, President and CEO at Soltis Investment Advisors, will help attendees understand how to make the most of their wealth by preparing for and managing their assets during retirement. Jilenne Gunther from the Utah Division of Aging and Adult Services and author of Navigating Your Rights: The Utah Legal Guide For Those 55 and Over will talk about exploitation of seniors—up to $1 million a day is stolen from Utah seniors—and how to prevent it. Randy Holmgren, J.D., from Jones Waldo will talk about practical estate-planning issues to consider while preparing to pass on heritage. Jeff Bickel from Tanner LC will discuss tax issues for retirees and seniors in a changing financial world. Christopher Liechty from Bank of American Fork will be acting as moderator, as participants will be invited to raise questions during the seminar. Light dinner will be provided.
