For the thirteenth year running, Utah Department of Workforce Services/ Office of Work & Family Life is honoring the state’s best workplaces with the Utah Work/Life Awards.

DWS Executive Director Kristen Cox will provide a Keynote Address at the Work/Life Luncheon. This event will take place on Thursday, January 12, 2012, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at the Sheraton City Center Hotel. The address is 150 West 500 South in Salt Lake City.

“There are twenty winning companies from around the state, ranging from 10 to almost 1,000 employees,” said Lynette Rasmussen, Director of the Department’s Office of Work and Family Life.  “The winning companies demonstrated a dedication to thriving internally and in the market, focusing on creating cultures of learning, passion and engagement.”

All Utah businesses and individuals are invited to attend. There will be workshops from winning companies and best practices from around the state will be shared.
