The transaction was completed on May 22. The tenant was represented by NAI WEST Associate Real Estate Agent Preston Davis. Speaking of the transaction, Davis said “This is another good indicator of the interest businesses and investors have in Utah County. It is good to see an additional 6,000 square feet occupied in Stratford Park and less vacant space on the market.”
This lease is just one of many transactions that Utah County has experienced in 2012. Recently, NAI WEST facilitated several large transactions, ranging from 15,000 to 225,000 square feet, reflecting the growing popularity of the area and its ability to draw business to the state.
