SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titanium Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of homeowner contacting and consulting services, announced the appointments of Alice Radgowski, Eric Fleisher and Robert Thomson as customer relations managers. In their positions, Radgowski, Fleisher and Thomson will assist Titanium in bridging the communication gap between mortgage servicers and homeowners across the United States by managing existing relationships and developing relationships with new customers.

A former board member of REOMAC, the non-profit trade association serving the mortgage default servicing industry, Radgowski joins the company from Citi Residential Lending, Inc. (an operating subsidiary of Citibank), where she was vice president of home retention. While there, she led the development and implementation of loss mitigation methods and alternative options for qualified mortgage borrowers. Radgowski was also vice president of loss mitigation for Countrywide Financial Corp. Home Loans.

Fleisher, with a background in mortgage banking and loss mitigation, comes to Titanium from Countrywide® Home Loans where he was vice president of loss mitigation/home retention. In that position, he was responsible for overseeing more than 150 individuals specializing in all areas of the loss mitigation process, seeking alternatives to foreclosure. During his tenure Fleisher was awarded Countrywide’s annual R.O.S.E. Retreat award for achievement of outstanding servicing within the company’s loss mitigation division. He began his career as a loan counselor for ARCS Mortgage in Calabasas, Calif.

Thomson began his career with Wells Fargo Bank in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He turned his focus to real estate as a property manager for Triton Investments, a Utah-based real estate property management company. While there, Thomson developed and implemented operational protocol for the company’s customers and oversaw a five-person marketing team. Most recently, he served as a senior land acquisition specialist for Richmond American Homes, a subsidiary of Mizel Development Corporation and one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. In this position, Thomson led land acquisition and development dealings, prepared due diligence items for project feasibility and conducted extensive market research.

“Titanium is experiencing a tremendous growth period which we are meeting with the addition of skilled and qualified associates,” said Todd Sibley, president and CEO of Titanium Solutions. “Alice, Eric and Robbie have extensive experience in the area of home retention and will be extremely valuable in our ongoing efforts to work with mortgage servicers to manage volume and identify other ways to continue the quest for helping individuals remain in their homes. The relationships Alice and Eric form and maintain with our customers are an enormous part of our overall goal of restoring communication between mortgage servicers and homeowners.”
