LINDON, UT--(Marketwire - June 28, 2010) - Open Air Cinema today announced that Philadelphia-based property management company Resource Residential has purchased 54 of its groundbreaking CineBox systems for "dive-in" or poolside movies at each of its properties across the United States.

Each CineBox includes a giant inflatable movie screen, which inflates in seconds, a digital projector, speakers, mixer and DVD player -- everything needed for community-building cinematic experiences.

Harlan Krichman, president and CEO Resource Residential, purchased the systems to help bring people together and build the communities at each of their properties.

"Every week, and sometimes more often, we have dive-in events by our swimming pools," Krichman said. "We have received tremendous positive feedback from our residents across the country. We looked at several different options and decided on Open Air Cinema because the products are easy to use, extremely high-quality and a good value for the price."

All Open Air Cinema outdoor movie screens are constructed with theatrical-grade materials to provide customers with the ultimate viewing experience. The quality of the solution has helped Resource Residential differentiate itself from other rental properties.

"We feel including out-of-the-box ideas such as saltwater pools and our dive-in movie theaters set us apart," Krichman said. "We don't consider our apartments to be simply apartments; we look at them as a person or a family's home. We want our residents to enjoy their home and be a part of their apartment community, and recently Open Air Cinema has become a big part of making that happen."
