Comprehensive human resource metrics are increasingly viewed as a key factor in C-level decision making. H/R metrics can be as simple as cost benefit analysis or as complex as determining the value of H/R functions in strategic organizational development. Whether you're a seasoned H/R professional or someone who wears multiple hats in your company, the April SL SHRM professional development training and luncheon will provide top-rate education and networking opportunities for you.

The April Professional Development Training will highlight and discuss the business advantages of H/R metrics for every H/R professional. The one-hour session, starting at 10 am, will be a comprehensive learning experience for the entry-level generalist as well as the seasoned executive.

The luncheon development portion will commence at 11:15 am. Top Wasatch Front H/R experts will lead a lively discussion on "Hot Topics" and how all H/R practitioners can impact their organization.

The monthly educational opportunity allows H/R professionals and others in organizations who are responsible for personnel issues to network with more than 300 H/R practitioners. This is a value-added opportunity to create an informal support system that offers regional resources and advice. Interact with others from Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. The Salt Lake Chapter is a part of the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest H/R professional organization in the world.

As a SL SHRM member or non-member, you're welcome to attend one or both sessions. To register for the April 19th training session and luncheon, please visit http://www.slshrm.org/
