The Wayne Brown Institute is hosting an event entitled the Deal Forum on March 28th in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Deal Forum provides start-up and early-stage companies with venture-based mentoring and advice from venture professionals to help accelerate their growth. 

With the help of WBI and VentureCapital.org, a company’s prospects of raising money are greatly enhanced. There have been three companies selected to present for this upcoming Deal Forum. 

The companies include, Aririen Pharmaceuticals is a small molecule targeted therapeutics drug discovery and development company. Ex Lift Rescue Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures and sells safety equipment designed to reduce back injuries for Fire/EMS Rescuers. Event Smart provides an event management tool for social networks. 

Through the WBI and VentureCapital.org's Deal Forum process, selected companies are mentored on presenting themselves effectively to prospective investors. All companies are reviewed by members of the angel and venture investment community and will receive immediate feedback.

Everyone is welcome to attend, observe and network. This Deal Forum may just be the ticket to learn the venture capital process and meet members of the local angel and regional venture community.

The two hour event will commence on March 18th at 3:30 p.m. The Deal Forum will be held at Zions Bank Founders Room One South Main Street 18^th Floor Salt Lake City, Utah.
