Utah’s exports to Europe have grown more than 111 percent from 2006 to 2011, with 2011 alone seeing a 37 percent increase. To foster and accelerate this dynamic engine for Utah’s growth, the International Trade and Diplomacy Office of GOED is holding Utah-Europe Days 2012 on May 9-10, 2012.

The event is an opportunity for top Utah business leaders to network with European business and government representatives. You’ll learn more about European key industries, economic trends and best practices for entering into or expanding in European markets.

Venues for the event will include the new office of the World Trade Center Utah at 60 E. South Temple – Third floor, as well as sessions at Ballard Spahr, Tanner, and Zions Bank. Sessions include:

  • How to enter the new European market
  • The future of Europe’s debt crisis
  • European-Utah clusters
  • Women in international business – focus Europe
  • Successful European business strategies for Utah companies
  • Utah-Europe reception
