Joseph M. Stultz, an associate in the litigation department of Parsons Behle & Latimer, was named Pro Bono Publico Young Lawyer of the Year by the Utah State Bar at its Law Day Celebration on May 1 at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City. The award is given annually to a Utah attorney who demonstrates a commitment to providing legal services to individuals with limited means and has performed a significant amount of pro bono work.
Stultz concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation and personal injury. He graduated with a J.D. degree in 2008 from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review, elected to the Order of the Coif and graduated with highest honors. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2008.
