Join us for an opportunity to hear from Dano Ybarra about the do's and don'ts of building a business from start-up to $100 million+ in three years. The speaker will draw on his experiences in Mexico and Latin America as he shares lessons he has learned while growing his own company. Boxed lunch will be provided.

Ybarra has served as senior vice president to a worldwide sales and marketing organization and as general manager for a division of a $7 billion global enterprise. He has been the chief executive officer of serval companies. Though his leadership, he has turned around several venture-backed startups and privately-held companies.
Away from the office, Ybarra enjoys time with his wife and children, training and riding horses, skiing and snowboarding, hiking and backpacking, learning about other cultures and serving others.
Currently, Mr. Ybarra serves as the Vice President of International for Jive Communications, recently acquired by LogMeIn, Inc. As the leader of International expansion for Jive Mr. Ybarra has opened operations for Jive in Brazil, Mexico and Canada. He is currently preparing to open operations in Europe and Asia.
